The CRM module is where every other module’s output lands. A voice note about a complaint, a LINE chat about a quotation, a project milestone — they all attach to the customer record so that the next person opening the file is fully in the picture.

What it solves

Sales teams lose context between calls. The classic failure mode: rep A takes a call on Tuesday, rep B picks it up on Friday, and the customer has to re-explain. CRM remembers for them.

The customer should never re-explain themselves.

How it composes

CRM is the spine. The other modules — Voice Summary, Chat Summary, Projects, Sales — write to it. You can use them independently, but together they remove the manual re-typing that ERPs usually demand.

Does the CRM replace LINE OA or Google Contacts?

No. It captures from them. LINE conversations are mirrored as Chat Summaries; Google contacts can be imported once at onboarding.

Is customer data isolated per organisation?

Yes. Every record is tenant-scoped at the database layer, not just at the API. A query for tenant A literally cannot return tenant B's data.

Can I edit customer fields from a voice note?

Yes — the right-side AI panel can read, write, and adjust customer fields based on the conversation it just summarised.
