What counts as a qualified lead?

A qualified lead is an SME with a real operating problem, permission for our team to contact them, clear buyer context, and a reasonable decision path.

How is commission approved?

Commission is reviewed under the written affiliate terms after the lead is accepted, qualified, and progresses through the agreed sales process. The maximum commission is 30%.

Can I refer a company that already talked to iReadCustomer?

Duplicate, unqualified, or already-active opportunities are reviewed before approval. Commission is not automatic for leads already in our pipeline.
