How long does setup take?
Most teams are running on a single tenant within an hour. Connect a LINE Official Account, drop a Google Drive folder for voice notes, and import a customer CSV. The AI starts producing summaries on day one — no implementation partner required for the standard onboarding.
Does it work in Thai and other Asian languages?
Yes. Thai is a first-class language across the entire product — UI, AI prompts, voice transcription, and summaries. Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, Bahasa Indonesia, Malay, Filipino, and English are also supported. Mixed-language conversations stay readable end to end.
How are AI summaries kept private?
Every tenant gets isolated data. Voice notes and chats stay inside your workspace and are never used to train shared models. AI calls go through our own orchestrator with audit logs per request. Advanced admin controls are available on Max, and enterprise security review is handled on Enterprise.
Can I migrate from my existing system?
Yes. Bring customers, products, and open invoices through CSV. For more complex migrations from Odoo, SAP Business One, QuickBooks, or Xero, the Enterprise rollout includes guided import and parallel-run support.
