## Frequently asked

### Does the CRM replace LINE OA or Google Contacts?

No. It captures from them. LINE conversations are mirrored as Chat Summaries; Google contacts can be imported once at onboarding.

### Is customer data isolated per organisation?

Yes. Every record is tenant-scoped at the database layer, not just at the API. A query for tenant A literally cannot return tenant B's data.

### Can I edit customer fields from a voice note?

Yes — the right-side AI panel can read, write, and adjust customer fields based on the conversation it just summarised.
